With more drive than our Custom Overdrive and a tone that is phat with a big bottom end and plenty of crunch up top, this beast will work well with both your normal and de-tuned guitars.

The Morpheus features our Sensi-Gate technology, so you can get rid of unwanted pickup noise, and keep your riffs tight and percussive.

The controls are
Drive: sweeps from medium to high drive.
Gate: Turned down, will disable the gate.
Turned half way. will give you the best control.
Turned to max, will give you a tight percussive effect.
Tone: sweeps from soft to bright to match your amp.
Volume: sets your preformance level.

All our pedals are hand made by us in New Zealand using the finest quality components.
Each pedal is individually tested to ensure the guitars natural tone shines through.

Introduction

Thank you for choosing the G2D Morpheus pedal.
The G2D pedal has been designed with one thing in mind TONE.
The G2D features TRUE bypass and our own Sensi-Gate circuit.
If TONE is what you are looking for, then we think you have chosen well.

Operation


VOLUME sets the balance between the pedal and the amp.
TONE is our unique design, it sweeps from a mega scooped mid to a pronouced rock mid.
GATE sweeps from off, to general noise reduction, to a percussive rhythm effect.
DRIVE sweeps from rock to full on metal.
 

Setting Up

Plug the G2D into your favourite amp and set the amp to clean.
Switch the G2D to CLEAN and adjust the amps volume to your performance level.
Switch the G2D on and adjust the G2D VOLUME to balance with the clean sound.
Use the amps volume control to raise and lower your overall performance level.

 

Setting the GATE

Turn the GATE knob down (anticlockwise).
Turn the volume on your guitar up and switch the G2D Morpheus on.
Turn the GATE knob up until the background noise stops (about halfway on the knob).

If you turn the GATE knob all the way up, then the gate will act as an effect,
cutting the tail off your chords and notes. This can be a great precussive rhythm effect.

 

Battery Power

The G2D is designed to work on 9 volt alkaline battery with a level of 7 to 9 volts.
If the battery voltage falls below 7 volts the volume will drop and the LEDs will turn off.
If this happens then change the battery.

 

External Power

The G2D can be powered from a 9 volt DC power pack (standard Jap power pack).
The G2D current draw is approx 15 milliamps.
Plug connections are: Negative to center, Positve to sleeve.
